Mass Megawatt's technology takes wind to the next level as a significant source of reliable energy.

FIRST 1000 MEGAWATT POWER PROJECT OVERVIEW

Mass Megawatts Wind Power, Inc. (the Company) will build and operate revolutionary, low cost, patented wind energy-generating power plants. These plants will be based on proprietary MultiAxis Turbosystem (MAT) technology. The Company will sell the generated electricity to the power commodity exchange on the open market.

Financial Projections for the first three years of the first 1000 megawatt project

  End 2009 End 2010 End 2011
Revenue $920,000 $4,120,000 $16,120,000
Net Profits (after taxes) $460,000 $2,060,000 $8,060,000

The financial projections contain forward-looking statements involving uncertainties and risks that could cause actual events to differ materially from those indicated.

Competitive Advantage

The Company's new wind turbine, which has several national and international patents pending, will reduce the cost of wind generated electricity by 40% over current methods. This will render wind energy, including the cost of power transmission from high wind locations, less expensive than fossil fuel for up to 20% of the nation's electric supply.

Energy Source Comparison

Fuel Source Cost/kWh Market Share
Wind (Mass Megawatts MAT) 2.5¢ (2) ---
Wind (pre MAT) 4.5¢(2) 1%
Coal 4.0¢ 50%
Nuclear 15.0¢ 20%
Natural Gas 5.5¢ 10%
Petroleum 5.0¢ 3%
Hydroelectric 4.5¢(1) 12%
Solar 10¢ 0.5%±
Diesel 7¢ - 40¢(3) 0.5%±
Biomass 0.5%±

(1) 2¢ at good hydroelectric sites
(2) in 15 mph average wind speed conditions
(3) depending on size and location of facility, with smaller
more remote locations having higher costs

Marketing and Sales Strategy

The current target market for the initial phase represents a fraction of one percent of California's electricity market. Minimal marketing will be required since the California and Automated Power exchanges is mandated to buy any renewable power that is generated. The power will be sold profitably on the California and Automated Power exchanges. At a conservative selling price, a good profit can be realized without a major marketing and sales infrastructure.
